Hi Medusa,

My situation is worse than yours as I'm a CEC candidate and still stuck at NA for over a month. I've similar timeline as yours:

CEC
AOR 08th Feb
Medical Pass: 6 March
BG- NBG: 6 March
BG- NA: 28th April
NO ADR and no email communication
Paid all fees upfront.
Provided PCC upfront.

I wonder what's taking so long. :(

Hi!

Did you order GCMS notes? If yes, check for security part, if you see security screening there, then you are one of people (including me) who was chosen for in-depth profile screening. It might take a while

If it makes anyone feel better, I am a CEC applicant and i received my PPR after 107 days.
Don't lose heart guys. And it is disappointing to read that people feeling jealous of other CEC folks. Everyone in any immigration stream has had his/her fair share of struggles to be where they are. Each application is different in its own way. And we should also commend the fact that CIC is trying to process applications within 6 months timeframe, which is much less that what it used to be before Express Entry was introduced.

I do understand that waiting is extremely frustrating because i have been there myself, however, we shouldn't be undermining anyone based on their immigration stream.
I do hope all of guys get your PPRs soon enough.

The intent of this post is not to offend anyone.

If you need any help, you can send me a message.

Cheers.
Absolutely agree with you... However people are not jealous of CEC, but just venting out their frustration, and not having a tangible entity / group to do it on, direct it at CEC who they "feel" are getting preferential treatment (and as a result feel they are aligned with CIC on the whole thing - as ridiculous as it may seem :):)) ... so no hard feelings anywhere or against any one.

Even I am waiting anxiously for PPR and I wish everyone receives it at the earliest so that their Canadian dream can begin.

Hi,
Even i am in a situation similar to yours.

FSW
AOR 20 Feb
Medical Pass: 1 April
BG- NBG: 2nd April
BG- NA: 28th April
NO ADR and no email communication
Paid all fees together.

Just one job, claimed only 1 year work experience (Not a reputed firm but provided every document needed) and yet stuck on Not Applicable since 28th April.

Today at 102 days since AOR.

If any senior members can throw a light on what is happening, it would be helpful for all FSW-O applicants from 10th-20th Feb.
I have a feeling tht they have clubbed both our cases together. If they are awake next week, we both should see a movement together. wat say? :)

I say change your username with MMDEUSAA....so CIC dont confuse you for real Medusa...they are sensitive to any occult I guess

I am FSWO and BG IP 2 since May 28...
Well I thought one of us should continue the magic in the process. The day they begin some work and magic n I get their PR request, I'll drop my name and may be even send them a Friend Request with my real name which is sort of non-threatening. :)

Yes I am hoping for that. With already so many applicants on line, they should process it a bit faster. I am just hoping that chances of rejection have reached very low now. I do not mind the delay, I am just hoping that no rejection should be there.

I am a girl who hasn't gone anywhere except 2 cities, have a very conventional (study+job) history with nothing else in between, Why would they think of me as a threat? I am even terrified of rats....i don't think any of my past activity should raise any suspicion at all.

Very difficult to say. Earlier most people were getting their PPR's in 90-110 days time frame and hence it was safe to say that after 100+ days, chances of rejection are very low. But now, its impossible to predict things without GCMS notes. I have ordered mine on the 90th day and expecting to receive them soon.

One thing is for sure that once it touches IP2, its almost impossible to get rejected. From my observation rejection after IP2 would be only if you are a security threat, you have misrepresented or your points fall below the CRS cutoff (due to losing points).

So hang in there til IP2. :)

Thanks. It does look positive. Even if the timeline has increased beyond 100 days for normal cases, I think we should still feel quite safe since we have atleast crossed d 100 day barrier n are at NA since more than a month. What do u think? What do Others think?

HI RG. It started with NA after AOR, then went to Next Step is BG when Medicals passed (april 7) n then BG NA on april 28 or 27. No change after that. What are the chances of rejection now? Have they done eligibility verification (employment etc) in ur opinion at this stage?

I don't understand why there is so much whinging. CIC say 6 months for a final decision, so anything less than that is a bonus. If you haven't been waiting for 6 months yet, then shut up and be patient. And STOP wasting their time and energy asking questions and requesting your record notes. Has it ever occurred to you that this might be a drain on their resources, and not actually be of any real use to you? If they want something from you, they will ask. There are many reasons why some applications will be determined more quickly than others, reasons that affect all bureaucracies. How over worked your case officer is, if they've been off sick, accidental mistakes that cause delays, outbreaks of maternity leave in particular teams. Etc. What worries me is how many wimps are trying to move to Canada. Chill out guys!

Yes I believe so that since we have been at NA since 35+ days now chances of rejection is very low now. They did not contact my employers as well. Rest we will have to leave it to time. I would say forget about it for another 14-15 days and then start to get curious again.

I went NA-NBG-IP....So I presumed it is IP2.

Also, I think it's good time to confess why I removed my case from immitracker. I had put it there initially but then I realised I am an outlier due to trips to "the dark places" and also one PCC short....and so I thought my case will drag on much longer than other FSWO....but surprisingly I am at IP2 at about the same time as others in Feb group....but yeah now I am stuck at IP2 for a week....so keeping fingers crossed
