I have already created a separate profile for her as primary applicant but her score is 391 (mine is 409) so i have a better chance right now. If she can clear TEF and get level B1 or B2 then she can get more points.

409 is a good score! You should get ITA soon.

Hello, Could you please share NOC and when have you recreated your profile? I have recreated yesterday & my NOC is 1311 as well. Current CRS is 409.

Hi! My NOC 1311 and my lawyer re-created my profile in March but I haven't received NOI. They asked a month ago if I wanted that they re-create my profiilw again and I said no, I don't want to go to Ontario so NOI for me is not a choice. Good luck to you if you want it, I'm sure you are going to get it!

Additional points for candidates with siblings in Canada

On June 6, 2017, the Express Entry system will award 15 points to candidates with siblings in Canada.

To get these points, candidates will need to show that the sibling is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is living in Canada and is 18 years of age or older.

The sibling in Canada must share a mother or father with the principal Express Entry applicant or their spouse or common-law partner. This relationship can be through blood, marriage, common-law partnership or adoption.

My expectations for next draws will be like this : (I hope so)
1st draw - June 3800 406
2nd draw - June 3700 400
3rd draw - June 3700 395 so i think we are going to see this for the first time, the CRS score below 400 in late June or early July 2017

I'd suggest you wait for the next draw and see how far the points fall. It's quite possible that the cutoff will be close to 403 in the next few draws.
