You don't need OINP with that score. Apply directly to CIC.

Thanks for the response, for my sanity sake, accepting OINP is intended only to get additional 600 points which increases our chances of getting ITA? Is that the only advantage which OINP gives to ones EE profile and if I don't accept the OINP and proceed with the ITA by IRCC it wont have any effect on my chances to get a PR?

Another update, Accepted nomination yesterday, got ITA this morning ( score too was updated, 408 + 600 ). Now, in a rush for documentation...

Hi All, I created a EE profile last February with a CRS Score of 403. However i didn't receive NOI from Ontario yet. Any suggestions to expedite this? Will it expedite if i withdraw the existing EE profile and re-create it? Appreciate your help.

Withdrawing the existing profile and recreating a new one has helped most of us get NOIs from Ontario. I suggest you do the same thing. Good luck.

Another update, a day after i got ITA, my express entry profile was updated with the nomination letter from Ontario and today i received the printed letter via mail at my residence.

Hi,

I uploaded my documents, made the payment and submitted my OINP application 46 hours ago on the e-filing portal. But I haven't received the confirmation email or the payment receipt yet. Also, my status shows "Waiting for Submission" since the last 2 days. I wrote to the technical team, reporting this issue but I haven't heard from them yet.

Anyone else faced this issue? How was it resolved?

So are you saying that you Got Nomination after ITA? Was your score updated and increased by 600 after ITA? Because OINP said Applicants needs to decline ITA before they can send Nomination.

Nope, that is not what i meant. My ITA was after being nominated by Ontario. The initial notification seems to happen automatically in EE profile. EE application status is updated and another option is shown to accept or decline nomination. My score was updated a day after accepting nomination and got a ITA on the same day (the day of 65th draw).

The copy of letter being updated in EE and a printed letter in mail was after these events.

I checked me emails. I didn't get any email after submission. Fees too weren't debited until after few days. However, my app status was submitted.
The first email i got is when they needed more documentation and ECA to be forwarded.

Do you have any suggestions for me? Should I write to Ontario again to ask why my status is showing "Waiting for Submission" after almost 52 hours of the fees being paid?
