applied study visa application on 6 feb 2017.on 3rd march 2017 status was cancelled .i have e-mailed the embassy many times but didnt get reply.filled the ircc web form still no update on my account.in the final decision column it is written that "your file is in progress ,we will send a messege once the final decion has beem made" . its been 4 months now ,what to do plz help. can i withdraw my application ?

It is possible that your application was cancelled due to administrative or technical reasons. Normally, the visa office creates a new application again.
Did you send a Web form i.e. Case Specific Enquiry? Or did you only email the visa office?
It could take between 1-2 weeks for the visa office to allow you to withdraw your application.
I suggest you send a CSE to request the visa office to confirm whether or not they are processing an active application (the one you had filed originally).... or if a new application has been created

Have u received any reply from oofice??Abu dhabi office did same with my application. They sent me letter stating that they have re-created my application. since then it is in process. its been over 90 days now. finger crossed

THERE IS NO UPDATE OR MESSGE IN MY APPLICATION TILL NOW . I HAVE SENT THE CSE BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM VISA OFFICE.Do send a CSE + email to the visa office stating your UCI Number.... and request for the status + new application number
