the changes are likely to push the CRS cut off few points up for couple of draws...
& added to that lot of activity is happening on fresh applicants as in my circle alone I know about 6 ppl ready to create EE profile just waiting for ECA ...and all these had rushed in only after cut off dropped close to 450 ...so we can't be surprised is we see a surge in fresh EE profiles over couple of months... and,the H1B issues in US prompting ppl to look for Canada and this week's rolling out of fast track program for Employment Visa ( I guess on the lines of H1B) all are attracting lot of attention from potential candidates...also the moves gives out a 'welcome' signal to all aspirants too...so,we are probably bottoming out the lower cut off range in these three -four months.. .
I'm sounding pessimistic, I know,but let us all hope for the best (that it comes down to 350) ,but at the same time prepare for the worst...
So,looking out for ways to boost up the scores as we wait out will be a good idea.....even for your case,if you aren't at CLB9 or CLB10 that is a 12pts - 50+ room for improvement ...
