Im not aware of university of madras but the general procedure is that you visit the university and apply for transcripts and they will give it to you in a sealed envelope. You have to register with WES and get a reference no. and this no. should be mentioned on the cover and sent to WES. Some universities send them directly to WES when you apply for transcripts

Thank you so much. I have got the attested copies and sealed envelope from Madras university. Should I need to include the WES request form inside the cover or just to mention the request # in the cover.

You should mention the reference no. on the cover and send it to them. The reference no. is most important to track

Only on the cover and send it through some reliable courier like DHL. It is generally delivered in 24-36 hrs
