Hello Guys,
My time line
ITA: 25th Jan 2017
AOR: 3rd Feb 2017
Med. Pass: 6th March
BG: From Next Step is to conduct Background check To NA 12th May

I just called CIC yesterday for asking status of my application and the agent told me that everything looks good till now. My Application completeness check is done and criminality check is also done. Rest of the things are in progress and should wait couple of months till the mentioned expected time by CIC on the website (6 months) are completed.

How should I consider this response. I am confuse.

What the **** CIC is doing with PNP applications. Only CEC and FSW are getting PPR and PNP people have BG in NA only. God will not leave these people who are biased to PNP Application. PNP people documents are already scanned by Province so it should be the fastest one but these people have made it the slowest

Bro, keep calm and be positive. Earlier people used to wait for years. There must be some valid reason for not issuing PR to PNP applicants early. Be patient PNP applicants aren't too far to get PPR.

After analysis of GCMS notes, I found below steps happens after each change in Background Check Status.
  1. Not Needed
    • Medical - Not Passed or In-Progress
  2. Next Step Background Check (Not Started)
    • Medical is passed.
    • Criminality is not started or Criminality is in progress i.e. Validity of PCC.
  3. Not Applicable
    • Medicals and Criminality checks are passed.
    • R10 is OK i.e. All police certificates, PA ECA report verified, Spouse Education, Age review is completed.
    • Security & Eligibility checks are not started
  4. In Progress (It happens twice - 1st at Analyst level and 2nd at Officer Review level)
    • Security checks are in progress i.e. Historical data is getting verified
    • Eligibility checks are in progress i.e. Employment documents & other eligibility checks
  5. Approved/Passed
    • It only changes when PPR is issued.

The PCC I got was from PSK and has "Ministry of External Affairs" and someone's stamp on it. The person signing it signed it in green so I guess it made it coloured. However suggest you to scan whatever you get in colour and upload it. That is the best advice I can provide.

Moreover also name the file PCC_color_scan. That's the most you can do in such a situation.
Thank u. I think scan is always color..whatever i got I scanned it and sent along with FBI PCC.. green color ink signature I need to to recheck the document. Thanks once again..

Hello Guys,

Does anybody here changed the NOC after ITA, and then faced a problem/rejection later in the process??
I'd appreciate your reply very much .. Thanks.

Hi guys,
I have couple of questions if someone could be of assistance.

I received an email last night from CIC asking me to submit pay stubs for the last two companies i worked for. I have them on my email, should i just print them, sign and stamp them? or should i ask for something different from HR?

Second, I also received an email saying the following "A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature" for myself and my wife. I signed them electronically when i submitted them. my question is, where can i find the ones I submitted previously?

Thanks

I paid upfront. I did not receive any additional doc request or anything else throughout the process so far.
