I am trying to figure out if it was among the one diverted to London. I am not Sure Accra itself has issued medical for anybody since Jan 2016.

I'm on a french Speaking forum. Nobody there got his MR since 2015. Completely crazy situation....

The least they could do is tell us approximatively how long we'll have to wait. Someone on that french speaking forum wrote to the immigration minister to complaint. He replied by saying that AVO "wouldn't be able to communicate with applicants before a few months". It was early April.

Did you write Minister personally explaining your situation? The next thing is that people above 16month should write minister and express their concern and why people after them were issued visa. if more than ten say the same thing, he would provide explanation.

What is really strange is that even if AVO is overloaded, we should see from time to time mr, which seems not to be the case for over one year. Maybe they get rid of old files before starting with New ones ?
On the link below, if you open the excel files, you'll also see that they released RP in 2016 (as many as in 2015, if you sum up candidates from Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, benin)). But that the number of candidates increased in 2016 vs 2015.
