It should be soon. CIC batch processes PPR and their is quite a backlog in issuing email. You should get it real soon. All the best

I might have miss spelled a file name and might have uploaded a wrong file for job reference letter for previous job backhome can I submit it anywhere now or they would request it?

Yes Rachiit - you can raise the CSE here : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp with and LOE explaining the situation. I am not sure if it is right to submit this doc since you are already in IP2 and to the fact CIC never asked you for it - if I understood correctly.
