Why not claim refugee where you are now?

It is required to be registered in the UN as refugees, and in here there is no registering we have to register in Turkey and it will take maybe years to finalize our case and move to Canada, While we are in Saudi Arabia on temporary residence work permit by contracting, probably one day the government here take some decision for me to leave or my contract ends with the employer. then I have no place to go except my home country.

You have no idea about my life issues, So you supposed not to judge me like this and say, What I am doing is dirty! Anyway, We tried to get tourist visa but we couldn't, So I thought about the transit visa but I am not sure about the possibility of claiming Asylum while on it, That's why I thought about this way only to meet an immigration officer and claim Asylum if we couldn't make it normally.

A tourist visa and a transit visa are the same thing for Canada. In both cases you obtain a TRV.

Thank you scylla, I meant that the docs to get the tourist from Saudi Arabia where I am residing couldn't enable me to apply for the tourist visa. For example my employer has to make a Saudi visa for me as permit to travel abroad, and also a certificate with my salary and dates of contracting, and also a bank statement , and that's my problem, he wouldn't do that because of some problems. So, the only way for me now is to get transit visa which I can provide its required docs.

I am sorry again, I know it's tough in Egypt and in ksa your working there temporary is there any like years work contract. do you have family in Canada because If you have family in Canada and claim refugee status it's good plus it takes years for claimants and I know what's going in in Egypt with Christians and Muslim plus miltary.

It's okay bro, Yes very tough to live in Egypt specially if you don't like the government and express your opinion, you will get into jail immediately. Also in Saudi Arabia I am on work visa and the people here is not good and treating residence with racist and consider them as slaves working for them. although I am Muslim and Saudi Arabia is the land of Islam, but its people are far away from our Islam values. Unfortunately we have no family in Canada. We will take the risk and try, as we have no choice.

Oh sorry Ma'am, Yes that's right, even the same treatment for Arabs holding Canadian or European nationality, They only respect the native western nationalities like Europe, USA, Canada. In Dubai, this is not the same. but still there are some of it in UAE but not too much. I tried to get a job there but nothing I got.

In Egypt, all people who are against the government are put in jail directly after some of torture to admit for things they haven't done. Even they check people's phones to see if they have opinions against the president to catch them.

No one in this forum can make you a refugee because you are not a legit refugee. You are shopping around your options. If you don't like your country it's your choice, and living in Saudi Arabia is your choice as well.
