Hi - I have a similar issue and this is great guidance, thanks.

Is there a particular reason these offices are the best to e-mail? For instance, for outland applicants would it not be better to e-mail the country you reside in?

FSW-Outland are initially processed in Sydney Nova Scotia! Thats why these 2 last addresss are the best to contact, Ottawa is central office but it is not the one processing our applications. Your application goes to local visa office (LVO) only after 4-5 months, when it reaches IP2 (eligibility, security, criminality checks) depends on the processing stages.

Not always true. In my own case I submitted three CSEs but received a reply for only one of them. The updates I sent through the other two were however taken into account as confirmed by my gcms notes.

If I remember well they only guarantee that they will reply to cases that have passed the 6-month period.

So even if they dont answer, enquiries are taken into account? I read they dont answer if there's a change of address or something like that. What were your CSE's about?
