I am also ainp , applied bowp on February 28th, went on hold since May 11th, my bowp on hold due to PR application still waiting for R10 check,I have saw so many ainp applicant withBOWP On hold lately, have no clue what is going on, we are in Dili mar time frame for nomination and aor. Hope the officer will get process faster, finger crossed. Best wished.

Can you share your PR application status？ I am still waiting for r10, after which I will get file transfer. Eligibility is under process, background is under process,no medical exam required. Additional document is not applicable. Thanks

Mine is on hold since May 11th. due to PR waiting for r10pass, 100 days after AOR，still not passed yet. Cic said it is case by case, no timeframe as to when to pass r10. Hope you will get update soon. Best luck

Yeah, seems like my R10 is also not passed yet. PR application received at Sydney on January 27, 2017. AOR on March 15. Sorry, I don't have access to my application on MyCic. Are you working under implied status ?

YES, I am working at the same company before work permit expired.
you should be able link your application to your cic account now, it would be easier for you check update.
I have a new job offer the day my PGWP expire(what an coincidence!), cic representative said I can change job under implied status, but new employer don't want to do so, but they agreed to hold the job for me for now, thank goodness! finger crossed every second.
cic said I have to keeping calling them to check my R10 status, because there is no other way to know when it will pass.

Hi everyone, I have just submitted my application for a BOWP. Based on what I am reading here, the processing time sounds really discouraging, considered that in my case, my current WP expires in mid July =/ Let's hope for the best and wish luck to all of you guys, hopefully we will make it through this journey =)

It all depends if your PNP is Employer Restricted or NO it should say on your nomination certificate, if it says NO restriction for Employment don't even bother calling and asking your PNP office with NO restriction you can change as many as employers you want.

My pnp nomination does says No restrictions on employment,however I just wrote an email to BC pnp to confirm thank you for replying

Bowp update- i got this Rply when I asked BC pnp about is it ok to change employer if I have an open work permit.my pnp nomination says no employment restrictions and I got bowp already

What is the point of getting bowp ,are we still suppose to follow the same rules as closed work permit holders

Both you and your employer are responsible for advising us of any changes in your employment. This can include but is not limited to, the following:

· Change of employer

· Change of job title and duties

· Decrease in salary

· Lay off

· Termination

In each of these cases, you are required to inform a PNP advisor of the change in your employment and he or she will inform you of any implications. Please note that failing to inform us of a change in your employment status could lead us to withdraw your nomination or could result in questions from IRCCBC PNP Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC Program Technical Guide

I have applied BOWP on 7th April, so far no update.By the way applied my pr under provincial nominee on April 6th, currently waiting for eligibility completeness check (R10). Any idea how long this R10 takes?
