Hi fellas.

When I sent my application, I accidentally attached the wrong document in the "Passports & Visas" placeholder.
I randomly checked my sent application and saw the mistake the very next day, and immediately sent a CSE with the correct document attached.

Now, I haven't received any acknowledgement of receipt from them, and I read somewhere that it takes them longer to receive CSE's so they might see my application without the passport and cancel it as incomplete.
So just wanted to know what I should do? Should I call them up?

Is there a number anyone can give me?

No, calling is pretty much useless since the call agents dont have access to your application, only CSE and e-mail! Here is the quote from experienced member: "I agree with you, infact if you have time please do read my posts and don't waste your time calling the call center as they are unable to action on the express entry. I have made numerous international calls totaling around 10 hours including wait time from overseas and have got different folks some who don't bother to assist and some who are extremely caring. The best way is the CSE and the Sydney e-mail , it's guaranteed to receive your every word, its documented so no room for assumptions the only thing is the timeline and patience as every CSE gets replied in 40 - 60 calendar days."

Is it worth emailing them as well? whats the email address?

Also, my case has not exceeded the normal processing time, so will they still reply to my CSE?
