If we compare with winnipeg university,which is good choice for computer education(IT).
My son has done diploma in gujarat and he want to study in college, than university.

Hii..I am also from gujarat...Yes, Red River College is the best college in manitoba..I am from chemical background so I can't say exactly about computer education (IT) but Red River College is reputed college ..quality of education is good..you can see review of this college on google,facebook also..regarding university of winnipeg , I can say it depends on an individual's choice to study either in college or university..colleges teach industry oriented courses more and generally fees of college is less than university.
