Have you tried checking ECAS, because that is where I saw "Decision Made."

That's where I have been checking.
Nothing today as well. I wish there was a little more transparency as to why there are delays on certain applications.

I don't know what to make of it myself. I just called CIC, and the agent told me that everything has been completed on my file: background, medical, eligibility, criminality, so I am supposed to receive instructions from immigration shortly, but nothing. The thing is I don't know if the "decision made" is a rejection or an approval, which I have seen in some cases. So don't fret too much. These people lack transparency on every angle.

But in my case its always in process i got 3 GCMS notes nov, dec, april in all of them its in process
My medical passed on 18 march 17
I called them 2 weeks ago they said
medical passed,
criminality in process,
security not started

Can you please state how did you contact them and if through phone, what number did you dial?

Based on AOR and Med date, I believe that there are more Jan applicants, compared to Feb and March applicants. Most Jan applicants have AOR in end of March or beginning of April. While Feb and March applicants have AOR at mid to end of April. End of Feb and early March applicants may come to turn soon

We did upfront too, me and my husband medical already expired april 26,2017 .. but my children got MR May 01,2017.. i think they did extend our medicals.

This is what I found from other thread. Just shared with you guys so we have have better idea about 'Security' thing. I hope this is helpful to you and receive PPR asap.

The last and the final stage is the security. This is a serious & time-consuming stage, involving many agencies, including Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), International Police (INTERPOL), Criminal Database Checking & touch-base with Local Police. Many things are considered here. Number of countries visited, Applicant coming from 'certain' countries, past law enforcement or military record, Prolonged stay in a country w/out sufficient docs to prove cause, frequent traveling to certain nations, your *Name (?), Inter-Religion/Nationality Marriages etc. If everything is simple & straight, the file soon gets into the 'final review' stage. If there are any 'red flags', the case goes into a 'spin'. Then the file might go to the local Police/intelligence agencies; the outcome/timeframe of which is beyond the control of CIC. And thereby the timeframe can be anything [sometimes beyond 1yr]. But, usually this stage should be over within 1-2 months. However, a point to be noted is that the applicant can also be called for an Interview [at this stage], due to this reason. For some people the security has a quick turn around.

At the final review, when the security results come in, the PPR is issued.

Jan 11 applications
Just call CIC. They told me my security check passed , criminal check passed, everything is done, just wait for Ottawa give the notice for ppr. I don't know how long I still need to wait.
