i heard tht online takes less tym,but i dnt think its true because nw a days all the applications are taking atleast 6weeks tym and u have dne medical or waiting for a request from visa office?

No. Even my friend applied on april 28th at hyderabad vfs and linked it to online the next day. But no update till now! Not even the medicals
