Can you post in the below thread which is only for the people who received the visa for fall 2017.This way tracking the behaviour of embassy will be easy instead looking in long thread.

BCA in 2016 Distance Education from Shobhit University - 63 % no backlogs
Higher Diplma from NIIT in 2016 - 8/10 CGPA
First IELTS - 6 overall ( L-6.5 ,R-5 ,W-5.5 ,S-6.5)
Second IELTS Attempt - 6 overall ( L - 6.5 , R - 6 , W - 6 , S - 5.5 )

I am eligible to study in Canada in any IT colleges ?

Will i get my visa if i'll get offer letter from any college with 6 IELTS Bands ?

I don't know bcoz I applied file by agent so i doesn't have idea about this .So you can take advice from good consultant..
