We share almost same timeline and submitted RCMP on May 1. I did call last week and they told that eligibility - Recommended pass and security not started , criminality - In progress. According to them no one has opened my case since submitting RCMP. Have ordered another set of GCMS notes on May 18..lets see.

Yesterday PPR received till 10:30 pm(EST) as far I remember.

I feel that our files just got forgotten after requesting RCMP whereas who all submitted RCMP later than us are already PPR holder.
So just our bad luck
