Please advice,

I just noticed that I ticked No instead of yes last year when I applied for a visiting visa in answering the question on previous visa refusal from any other country. Can I use LOE to explain this? Has anyone else experienced this before.

Please respond @ stanlee and all the other gurus.

If you have not yet submitted your application, you can change it. And attach Schedule A form (IMM5669E) upfront.

Also when I applied due to lack of enough space, I only listed three past employment, without one that I have included in my EE profile.i created two profiles, one with just one year experience(the company not mentioned) and another with three years including the company I did not mention beforehand. Do u think there would be an issue with d company not included in my visiting form. I get the 417 with either 1 year or two years but I was thinking of just using that one. I get 442 with three years but I want to avoid getting references. The next draw would determine the invitation I accept.

You can mention it in LOE. Not a big issue.

It is wrong to have multiple profiles and can get you into trouble. You can add as many employment entries for the past 10 years - just have those ones which you are claiming points for. You must be able to provide reference letters for all listed records else it will create an issue during processing post ITA. Even for 1 year you need to provide references.

I would advice withdraw one profile immediately. Let the experts also advice the right way to proceed.

Dear Folks, I received an ITA to apply last week and I am stuck at the following 2 queries: I was once refused French Tourist Visa in the year 2015 for the following reason: - Justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable. I am not sure why but because I could have provided online bank statements with bank attestation. Since then I travelled Schengen 5 more times with business visa.
Should my answer be YES for the following queries?

Has John Smith been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

Has John Smith ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

If it is YES - Should I be filling up Schedule A form (IMM5669E

Regards,

Answer yes and fill and upload schedule A upfront.

Guys i wanted advice regarding the "visa rejection" part in the statutory questions. My dad had applied for american tourist visa when i was around 5 to 6 years old (Currently 28yo) . Should i say "yes" that i was rejected visa ? also i dont have any information (documentation) as to why it was rejected.

What should i do ?
