i applied for study permit four months ago for may session! Got a medical request in April and I submitted it in April. I missed my may session as my classes started on 1st mof may. So on the 22nd may I got a request from Abu Dhabi embassy for a new letter of acceptance from the intended university. What does this mean

I myself is also waiting.. applied last april 4 online. Processing time is 6 weeks in abu dhabi.. i dont know why it is taking a long time.
You mean you applied February? Is it online or thru VFS? OH my so much delay..
If they requested for new acceptance letter, it all means that they are processing your application.

And which date you got medical request? What I know they dont require medical when you apply in UAE.
Got it.. just send them new letter so they can process your visa. It is a positive sign so you dont need to worry.
Hi im from Qatar , its been more than 8 weeks since i lodge online but still no update from cic.
I dont think its applicable to all, because i had my first application last March 13 via online and i got the refusal on March 23, it takes only less than 2 weeks. My friend also from abu dhabi lodge her application online and it takes 3 on her first and 2nd application but still denied/refused
