Hi, I have 2 quiries:
1: I recieved my degee in aug 2013 and I started working from 19 Sep 2013 and got my PGWP on 17 Oct. Will that be acceptable. I mean I had study permit in which we are allowed to work 20 hrs per week but what about after completing degree/ diploma? or should I make new experience letter from oct 2013 oct. Please let me know whether it will suffice or not..

2: my work permit was issued on 17 oct 2013 till 17 ocot 2014 and I worked from sep 2013 till nov 2014. I applied for WP extension in Sep 2014 but it was rejected due to LMO problem. I got a letter in Nov 2014 and I quit my job. I worked 44 hrs per week and I want to know whether there will be a problem in counting my canadian experience or not.

1)work whilst on study permit counts for nothing as far as immigration programs are concerned
2)So you worked more than 52 weeks from 9/2013 through 10/2014 at least 30 hours per week so full time ?

The period from 9/2013 through 10/2013 until you got your PGWP should be OK as you can start full time work the moment you submit your PGWP application.

Working 44 hours a week is irrelevant as only 30 hours per week for 52 weeks minimum is considered. More important would be which NOC classification 0,A or B was your job

No - you're not good to go. You need 52 weeks in addition to having enough hours. You need 11 additional weeks of full time work in Canada.

In my opinion, i think the emphasis is on the total number of hours worked; 1560. hence if the number of hours you worked per week is more than 30, then you will accumulate the 1560 earlier than 12months.

Again like i said, its my opinion. check with the CIC call center agents
