Help needed. Additional document after application

Hi,

Just would like to know if you can add additional document after completing the applicaiton? I have received the Express Entry ITA and been given the deadline to complete the applicaiton by 31st May. The overseas police cert is in courier due to arrive in the next 5-6 days (cutting it close...I know). However, my agent want to complete the application as soon as possible because he doesn't want to run the risk of running into some issues in the last few days and miss the applicaiton deadline altogether.

I wonder if we can complete the applicaiton first then add the police cert once it has arrived? If not, what options do I have?

I would suggest, wait till 26th May. If you dont get your PCC by then, then submit the application with the scanned copy of your courier receipt and also if you have any email conversation regarding PCC follow up. In LOE explain clearly why you have not uploaded the PCC. After you receive your actual PCC you can update the CIC again.
