The number of people joining the pool between draws is less than the number of ITAs issued. Hence, the downward spiral. Getting into the pool isn't easy, with IELTS TRF & ECA Report Number upfront requirements. Besides, entering with 400+ CRS too is a challenge, as it isn't easy to get a CLB 9 in first attempt (though I did).

PS: What's your score, and where's your location in Nepal?
Hi... I haven't got into the pool yet. I'm waiting for my ielts score and eca.
With CLB 9, my CRS score will be 440+ and with CLB 8 it will drop down to 402. BTW, I live in Kathmandu. What about you?

Crs 388...just watched video of canadian indian lawyer who was of view that if you are below 400 then no need to be in express entry and he mentioned an example like if you pass your exams of inter with 35 percent, you are still pass but you can't get admission into medicals or engineering same as you can be eligible for express entry but you can't expect to receive ITA....
Can anyone with better logic,answer?

Do not listen to consultants and lawyers. Keep in mind that no one has the inside information and those who claim, usually lie (correct me, anyone, please, if I am wrong).
Look at the numbers below. These are the numbers from Draw 61 and 62, 62 happened after 2 weeks time which is the usual gap between two draws.

Each 10 points segment from CRS 420 until CRS 350 (keep in mind that most of the people lying between 411-420 have been flushed out in 62nd Draw), is more or less matter of 1 - 2 draws, and till 380, it is all matter of one draw per segment. Keeping these stats and the differences in figures, it is very easy to say if draw keeps on happening bi-weekly (no consecutive week draw at all), keep the factor of new people joining in, the CRS will likely to fall to 380 by late August (easily). We might see a little bit of fluctuation like we did twice in the past few months, but the CRS falling down is inevitable until and unless, CIC decides to shrink the draw size which is again, unlikely to happen as 1. CIC do not have any more backlogs and 2. the economic quota is not yet filled.

I have seen many people saying that the half of the quota and some even said all of the economic stream quotas are filled up to the neck, which is not true. The reason I am saying this is, CIC is the body handling all the situation and if it was filled, do you think they are dumb enough to keep on drawing these much candidates even now? They have to spread the whole economic stream draws to whole 2017, they have to divide the number of candidates selected in each draw, evenly (logically and common sense.. kinda). So do not worry my friend, within this year, you will have your ITA and everyone else as well.

I feel relaxed whenever I see your replies to someone' query or to be precise someone's tension like mine

Economic Quota? What is that sitting at currently and when do we expect it to be fulfilled
No one knows how much it is filled. We can predict based on the number of ITAs released each draw, but the real figures are not disclosed by CIC and will never be disclosed I suppose. They are the ones who have access to each applicant's profile and the number of dependents, the economic stream they qualify for etc. The total quota for 2017 through economic immigration stream is 172,500. That includes the primary applicants and the dependents. See the distribution below.

Keep in mind that people who receive PNP nominations are part of each draw but they are not part Skilled immigrants as soon as they receive the nomination, they are then accommodated in PNP quota, for example @Umidjon90 has received Ontario nomination, he will receive ITA in the next draw but he won't be part of skilled immigrants anymore.

As I said, common sense says that CIC has to distribute the number of selected candidates in each draw and plan the each draw accordingly. It will be very stupid and naive of them if they fill out all of it before the end of the year (which of course, is not the case). They have budgets and milestones they have to achieve and they are an organized department of a well established progressing country. Expecting a blooper from them is naive by itself.

Wow didn't know Quebec needed so many people... pity I can't speak French as that province actually really appeals to me..

Maybe if my points don't add up nicely I'll go find myself a tutor ;)

Thanks for the info. I should be getting into the draw in early July after my IELTS and WES results are back, looking at around the 420 mark so as long as nothing goes weird I should be good.

I like Montreal too. I think French is not really mandatory. I was able to create a profile in the Mon Projet Quebec and my CSQ points were way above the minimum without any French language test. Anyway I already got OINP so I might just go to Montreal for holidays if ever :)

I'm wondering if I should apply to oinp or wait for ITA in June (my score is 403). Your thoughts?
My CRS is 408, also got NOI on May 12. I will wait until the 64 or 65 draw. I already got all the documents ready including letter of intent except reference letter from my current employer
