There are 4 main stages in processing :

1. Medical
2. R10 Completeness
3. Eligibility Review A11.2
4. Security

The first change you should see is 'Review of Medical' : You have passed the medical exam.
Once this occurs, you can conclude that R10 Completeness would also have been completed, as mostly both these happen simultaneously.

After this, the file moves for Eligibility Review - where all the documents you submitted will be reviewed thoroughly by the agent and verified if you met all the criteria against the CRS points you have received. This is the time consuming, and critical stage as most of the rejections happen in this stage.

Once eligibility is cleared, the file moves to Security - here they will check your travel history, and employment history, etc etc. Do all sort of background check, then finally release your file to LVO (local visa office) with appropriate comments.

Time frame wise, 6 months is the processing time what CIC projects. So, keep an eye on the application status, and wait for them to get back to you whenever they request additional info / document. Once you complete 90 days post AOR, you can request GCMS notes, and that will give you complete insight into the processing of your file.

Cheers! :)
