I got TRV refusal due to the following reasons:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
1. travel history (I have given all stamped pages of my & my family passports)
2. immigration status in country of residence
3. Purpose of visit (It was mentioned in invitation letter i.e. to visit my family)
4. Employment prospects in country of residence (I have given my salary slip and experience letter)
5. No permanent status in Saudi Arabia. Failed to demonstrate you are well establish in Saudi Arabia
and that mother/wife will resume her work in Saudi after travelling to Canada.

I don't understand the reasons as I submitted all documents as per the checklist provided by my consultant.I want to reapply please guide me.

Hi,

1. How long did you want to visit?

2. Which countries have you and your family visited?

3. Do post the list of documents which you had submitted

4. Is your wife employed? Do your children attend school? How old are they?

5. What ties can you show to KSA and India? Property/land ownership + dependent family, etc

6. Since how long have you been working at your current employment? When does your work contract expire? Did you translate documents into English (if required)?

Cheers

Hi,

3. List of documents :
1. Passport biography page and all pages that bear a visa or stamp
2. Birth and marriage certificate
3. Bank statements and proof of funds
4. Letter of support
5. Contract copy, experience letter, salary statement and academic calendar showing dates of summer vacations.
6. Property documents
7. Passport and PR copy of inviter along with his bank statement, Tenancy contract and internet bill.

4. I am working as a lecturer in ministry of higher education and my husband and daughter (4yrs 10 months) are on dependent visa.

5 &6. I am working in KSA since sept 2010 and contract is autorenewal. I have property on my name in India but its not registered yet, I have submitted letter mentioning full and final payment to the concern company.
We have iqama in KSA as resident permit but I didn't submit as my consultant didn't ask for that.
My and my husband's whole family is in India except his one brother to whom we want to visit.
Purpose of my visit is to visit my brother in law family and tourism.

Please guide me.

I want to ask if anybody never visit any other country and now he wants to visit Canada so, can't he get visa ?

Have you ever traveled to a country before that requires a visa (e.g. US, UK, Europe)? If not, then a 1 month trip is likely too long. I would request only 2 weeks if you reapply given you want to travel with your whole family.

If you failed to submit your KSA resident permit when you applied the first time, you need to do that when you reapply.
