1. How do i fill out the education and personal history table if i need more space in the name of institution, type of diploma issued etc.?
And if i have to attach a separate sheet, does that mean i have to reprint the same page or make my own table thru microsoft word?

2. For tables not.applicable to me like govt positions and military service, should i write NONE to all spaces on the tabble or is it okay to Write NONE on the first row only?thanks!

For supplemental sheets, just write it out in word, with the form number, and your name, at the top. You don't need to re-use the same form over and over.

Not applicable tables, just write NONE in the first line, leave the rest blank

Does the spouse who is sponsoring have to fill the Schedule A back ground declaration form too, I am a Canadian Permanent resident sponsoring my spouse in India ?

No. That's just to be done by people who are moving to Canada (the principal applicant, and any family), for their background check. You'd have already done that when you got your own Permanent Residency.
