Oh and we never received the instructions on how to submit Sched A either so we mailed it. Our file has since been sent to VO and is in process (Mar 1 outland)

Did you sign electronically on SCh A form and then print it while mailing or you print it and then sign,write your name handwritten?

My spouse received the AOR. In the letter, I noticed a sentence, "For your application, we have identified that there are documents which are missing and we will request."

My question is whether this sentence is generic and it has appeared in your AORs. Else, this sentence is case specific.

Please note that I have not submitted my spouse's police certificate or medical certificate or schedule A.

Please help!

My husband didn't received that kind of letter. They just gave the uci and application number that's it and succesfully linked mycic account. lucky you even there's documents missing they still accepted your application.i guess that's a bonus

Then what did you do.. Are you still waiting for the option on cic account? I am in same situation

i sent them via IRCC web from and will mail a physical copy them as soon as i recieved the signed form and PCC my wife fedex'd to me

aww Im happy to see April apps moving along but bitter sweet since I have heard anything from CIC...

I called cic today they informed me that no record of file yet so they havent began working on it. which is a relief that it wasnt returned but they said its too early for them to put a request in to find it since I my application was received in office April 11th so I have to wait 1 more month...

Don't be sad, I received the AOR after 28 days. It will come.

Well jasmine they need your signatures on the schedule A if you are sending via mail to mississauga

I also received similar mail highlighting missing documents.. Submitted all documents as per standard and country specific checklist. May be they are referring to PCC, Sch-A.

ok did you upload the scan copy of SCH A after doing handwritten sign as an image in IRCC webform?

Well jasmine they need your signatures on the schedule A if you are sending via mail to mississauga

I am sorry m asking questions but curious to know.
How did you uploaded ScH via webforn. Does it required hand written signature? I have already uploaded the one which needs digital signature
Incase i have to sign it manually i first need to take print,Sign it and upload the scanned version of form which is a image...While doing that the file size is exceeding?

Can you please share how did you uploaded Sch A in webform.....Much appreiated!
Also can i email the scanned copy of Sch A with my signature on it to my husband in Canada and then he can post the same to CPC?
