Chosing NOC code when experience spans multiple codes and multiple employers

Hi Guys. I received my WES evaluations and IELTS score this week and I am creating my express entry profile for the entry into the next draw. I am seeking some advice to best choose the NOC code to maximize my CRS score and FSW points from my work experience.

My work Experience (All Non-canadian), from most recent to old:
Employer xyz1 (most recent, currently employed here):
1 yrs 10 months, NOC code - 0213
Employer xyz2:
1 year, NOC code - 0213
11 months, NOC code - 2173
Employer xyz3 (oldest experience):
5 yrs 6 months, NOC code - 2173

What should I choose to maximize my points while:
1. Filling primary NOC code (0213 or 2173)?
2. What options will I have when choosing the number of years of experience?
If I choose code 0213, will my exp be sum of those two jobs under two employers (1yr10months + 1yr = 2yrs 10 months) or I can just use one job experience under one employer only, making it 1yr 10 months max?
Also, if I choose code 2173, will my expereice be 5yrs6months + 11 months = 6yrs5months or just max of the experice under one employer, hence 5yrs6months.

-- You will only need 3 years of foreign experience to claim maximum crs score. If you can prove 3 years of work experience you will have your score maximized !

-- Choosing an NOC as primary or secondary if they all fall in the skilled level A or B will not make any difference or gives you any edge !

-- If I were you I will choose Employer xyz3 (2173) + current employer xyz1 (0201) and all the rest goes into my personal history in order to avoid getting all the letters from those employers which is useless activity.

-- The NOCs are related to the job responsibilities. There is no rule for them to choose the max experience. Experience adds up but you will have to provide experience letters to claim that. Employer 1 NOC 1111, Employer 2 NOC 1111 and you will have to provide two letters from these two employers to get the summation of your experience.
-- In your case employer xyz2 you will have to get two letters matching the job responsibilities of the two NOCs you have mentioned to claim all the experience.

Follow the suggestion above and you will have maxed everything.
