Time taken by WES to evaluate a degree from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies

Not sure if anyone from UPES has got done a WES evaluation but I wanted to know if so, then how much time did that take after the documents had been accepted by them.
Its been 15 days till now and the status is "Evaluation in Progress"!

This is a million dollar question it seems!

Mine changed to "evaluation in progress after the 10th business day (that was last Friday) and no update since..

Some get their results in a week, some in two weeks, some in 3-4 weeks and some take MONTHS

It is all about complexity of each persons case..

I am sad because I missed a draw today

Can only hope they finalize soon my end!

I'm in the same boat as you guys. It's been 11 business days and still says documents received, review in progress. I missed a draw today too because my potential crs score is 417. It's pretty annoying but all we can do is wait.

I submitted just masters transcripts and certificate from a UK university thinking it'll be faster since bsc isn't involved but no.

My one has updated to "evaluation in progress" but that was last Friday.. From what I have read once you get the "evaluation in progress" status it could arrive at any time.. I am just anxious as I want to get in the draw before the June changes! Funny we are having documents assessed from the UK also.. I too thought this maybe quicker but nooo lol

My university was very quick with sending my transcripts, and I don't expect WES asking for validation since its a reputable university, they are simply just taking their sweet time with it.

Do you think ones course of study has anything to do with it perhaps? I mean with the time it take for evaluation?

Got my evaluation finally today.

As soon as WES received ALL documents, they say it takes 20 business days for the evaluation to be complete.

For my cousin..

01 Mar 2017, WES received docs; complete Master, Bachelors docs

19 May : Current Evaluation Status : Status "Waiting for verification from institution" for Bachelor degree.

WES sent email to the university for verification. Controller of Exam , his assistant has no time to reply.

CRS 472, just waiting for ECA

WES response time is extremely poor, unpredictable, vague replies. Horrible experience!!!

Yes UPES is recognized, atleast my MBA was

Thank you for replying. What was the evaluation status shown. Masters degree from a recognised institution or just degree equivalent to Canadian 2 year masters degree?

What is the process to apply for Transcript for WES Canada evaluation....I have done MBA Energy Trading for UPES

Send them a mail stating that you need degree and transcripts in a sealed envelope for WES assessment at this mail id mjain@ddn.upes.ac.in. A fee of Rs 1000 is to be deposited to their account. Call and remind them once or twice. They will courier it to you in a week
