I understand that you are excited but please read posts before you ask any question because just maybe someone answered it before. By the way, it takes 24 hours to get ITA after the draw, so don't worry it's on its way. Congrats!

Thanks, How do I check this? The profile says "Express Entry profile effective date May 13, 2017". So, I can assume that I would be in the pool?

I am asking this question because the stats released by CIC were dated May 12, 2017.

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on May 17, 2017, and ending on May 18, 2017, is 3,687.

TL;DR - For most of you, the ITA should show up by 18th May.
