I got AOR on Feb 8th, after that no update nor file transfer nor medical request, I saw many of you have FT at one month after AOR. it has been 3 month for me, what could have happened?

What is your visa office ?

if you are unsure raise a CSE ( case specific enquiry ) on CIC web forms , or call 0016139444000 re: your case. In case you are calling in from different country make sure you have enough load in your phone as they hold up for atleast 20mins before they connect you to an operator.

You need to wait 60-90 days before you hear from them .. your would receive AOR

My visa office is Sydney NS, this is were I got my AOR mailed from.

Everyone gets AOR from Sydney NS ... the real question is your local visa office. Generally a few sends FT then you wait for medicals, other visa office give you directly Medical request.

I live in Canada now. I have linked my application, there is no any update since AOR, no FT to any other visa office or process update. I call IRCC 2 days ago, they said it was not processed yet, is my case too slow or normal?
