study visa for canada

I did diploma in civil engineering. My overall percentage in diploma is 64% and in 10th standard my percentage was 68% I want to study in Canada but in Mathematics of 10th standard , i got only 49 marks out of 100. Moreover, in diploma i had studied mathematics in first and second semester and got 30 marks out of 75 in first sem and 46 out of 75 in second sem. My band score in IELTS is 7.0 not less than 6.5
My re appears in diploma were 4 including attempts and i cleared mathematics of first semester in 3rd attempt.

I have heard that in Canada atleast 50% marks are necessary in mathematics, if we want to go for engineering or any course.

Kindly suggest me program and province to go in Canada where success rates of visa are high..

low score in Mathematics is not a big problem i was in same situation like you i got visa in third attempt but almost 5 years ago ....your profile looks good even ielts too ..... i would recommend you to go for post graduate program related to civil Engineering ....

And pls tell me how you get visa in 3rd attempt? did You changed something in your file or opted for another program
