CRS 411 -- Should I delete work experience over 10 years old?

We are sitting in the pool at 411 CRS hoping for ITA in the next draw. I have more than 10 years of work experience in my profile. Should I go get a letter for that and prove it? Should I delete it from my profile? Would love advice!

You need to get reference letter for what ever experience you are claiming points. Rest all u can put in personal history post ITA

Awesome. So for now we can leave it in there, and just change it after the ITA.

Yeah. Just mention whatever you can easily prove through employment letter etc. Don't mention other experience. By all means experience over 3 years is irrelevant for points calculation. You will have to mention all history after receiving ITA.

So should I actually delete it from my profile right now? And then put it in personal history post-ITA?

Then do I need to submit documents for all of my previous work? OR Do I just need proof of my work from those work experience that I got points......

Not required now. U can do it while filling eAPR post ITA

Yes, You should submit reference letters for all the experience for which u are claiming points rest u can put in personal history
