[Urgent] Query regarding WES ECA Institution type

Hi Everyone,

I am filling up the WES form for ECA assessment. I have done my Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from a University in India. While filling up the WES form I observed an entry that requests us to choose the "Institution Type" . There are only 2 options:-

1) Higher Education
2) Secondary Education

If anyone could please help me with what should i select here since i have done Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science. I believe its Higher Education, but I'm not sure about this.

It's a university degree.
So, you should select 'Higher education'.

One more question: Do I need ECA for 12th std as well? I have done an Post-graduate certificate program in Canada after Bachelors of Engineering.

I have done my Bachelors and Masters from College Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).
Got my WES report and it states "Not accepted" for Statement of Marks.
Can someone please confirm if "academic records request form" is mandatory to submit along with certificates.

I have done Bachelors of Engineering in computer Science from Univeristy in India, but I'm seeing five options to choose from 'Institution Type' :
University Education
State Boards : Technical Education
State Boards : General Nursing
Professional Education
Secondary Education
