Please send me a link where I can apply for GCMS Notes. Delhi-Immigration accidently destroyed my file and I resubmitted the docs but didn't receive any reply from them. I don't want to get stuck with their error. The waiting period for us is getting difficult. Please help.

My status is in process....
Can you please tell me your timeline ???
And when did your file is transferred to Delhi?????mine is transferred after 11months....don't understand what's going on....really upset

After their visit no update till today..

Did MP Inquiry a month back still no change..

That's it....I don't understand what's going on ....even medical expired
Why immigration officer visited..????..it sounds so scary....did he give any notification of his visit or just came without notification

That will give u idea about remarks written by CIC agent.
If u know RTI (right to information act) in india when you need any information.
Same way you order GCMS & you will get details about your file maybe few things in code language

Thank you so much....can you please tell me ....when sm1 file reaches Delhi.... they send you a new uci no.or uci no.will remain same that you received after submission of your file??

Where should we get the police clearance certificate from? Passport office and Senior superintendent of Police (SSP), both offices provide the pcc. Just wanted to see where did you guys all got it from (if you already have it and sent it to CIC)?
