Here's the latest update,

Finally CIC sent an email and notified me which Visa office they transferred our file to. I am surprised that they've transferred the file to London because my wife never been to London before which is very bizarre.

Checked ECAS and the status shows "In process" but I still don't see 3rd line.

Maybe London VO is the closest to where your wife is a citizen of. When was your wife's schedule a and pcc had been received and attached to your file?

I'll feel better once we get AOR2, or BGC notification..
apparently this is the longest wait?
but I've heard that even though our BGC status hasn't changed.. it doesn't mean they haven't started it.

I'm also waiting for my BGC to change to "In progress" but also thinking/hoping that they might have started already and just haven't updated ECAS and myCIC. There are already some of us from Feb. batch that already got their PPRs. I'm really hoping we can get ours too this month

I got my email on the 12th of April and my third line showed up on April 22nd.

London is responsible for applications from:
Channel Islands, Denmark, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Norway, Sweden, Scotland, United Kingdom

Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Yemen, for Self-employed and Start-up visa only

Pakistan, for Self-employed, Start-up visa, Quebec-selected skilled worker, PNP and family sponsorship applications

hi you will see the 3rd line or aor2 when the file is physically in the vo ..i got my aord and 3rd line after approx 13 days of transfer ..

Congrats!!! So happy for you! Just a quick question, was your background check ever changed to "in progress"?

It was in not applicable but as soon as I got the ppr it started showing in progress
