So, I got this updates on my CICaccount

Sponsorship

1. We received your application to sponsor abc on June 28, 2016.
2. We started processing your application on May 4, 2017.
3. We sent you correspondence on May 11, 2017 about the decision on your application ( and they sent us the general mail too exact on the same date ( May 11,2017), it was all about PR fees ;if want to change the address, and also it was written you have met the requirements and the application is sent to visa office abroad for further processing. and so on..

Permanent Residence

1. We received abc application for permanent residence on June 28, 2016.
2. We started processing abc application on May 12, 2017.

and also my husband did his medical last year, so they also updated that on our CIC account, but now they removed it maybe because it got expired, or will they ask again for the medical? I want to know, is that a positive sign? they are sending us the decision made letter through courier at our home

please help me!

Mine is London visa office. I am in canada and I applied for my husband from UAE

I dont understand that why did they send you Sponsorship approval email 1 year later.
The extract is from ECAS, do you have a gckey account?

It has been almost 1 year since you applied so medical will be expired, it is upto LVO to extend your husband's medical or send a re-med when they desire.

i dont know about that...lets wait and find out because usually LVO communicates via email or gckey account.
Did LVO communicate with you at all during this time...did they ask your husband for any additional documents..interview etc?

No but they sent us the email on May 11,2017 saying that, you have met the requirements for egibility as a sponsership. Your application is sent to the visa office abroad for further processing. And also it was all about PR and general info in there and at the same date, they said "we sent you a corrosponding letter on May 11,2017.

You applied in June 2016 and after a year they sent you Sponsor Approval letter? We got our letter in the same month, i applied in Sep 2016. Most June 2016 applicants' cases are finalised already.

You should contact your MP and find out what us taking so long in your case.
