Hi,
I am entering my address history in my post-ITA questions.

I wanted to know how accurate the dates have to be? I dont recall the exact dates I lived everywhere in my last 10 years

Well if we are talking about moving within one country then you can be off by a month or so and CIC really wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Local travel within a country is rarely documented.

Any international relocation should be accurate to the day and you can review the marks on your passport to confirm exact dates.

That is fine. About international relocation, during my college years I went back to my home country for 3 months (while maintaining/paying rent in the US).

Considering that i was maintaining full-time residence in the US (even though i was away for vacation), should I use that in my address history or home..

The 3 month vacation is not an address change. But you should mention it in travel history

would a 5 month vacation be considered as an address change

The 3 month vacation is not an address change. But you should mention it in travel history
