Still no "Receipt of documents" on CAQ?

Hi, I applied for a CAQ and sent them my documents on April 12nd, they were delivered on April 13th. It's been a month now (or 21 business days), and there are still no updates on my portal.

Could that be a problem? Should I contact them or should I wait more? How long does it usually take to show the "Receipt of documents" status?

Hi there,
There are some answers in other posts explaining that the actual process may now take up to 6 weeks (nothing official then). But I think they're right.
I sent my application in 17th Apr and still waiting. Keep waiting then :)
Some guys on this forum shared that they received the confirmation on receipt of document after 20-30 days, and it took the office some more days after that to send them the result of CAQ

I applied on the 8th of march but got the certificate on the 28th of April. It takes approximately 1-2months

Hi,
My documents are also delivered on April 13th according courier tracking and still waiting for "receipt of documents" status... (And my file is opened on April 11th.)
Did you get it already? I am getting anxious because I have to apply for visa too...

Hi I'm having the same problem. I applied for a CAQ online on 22nd April. And my documents were delivered on 1st May. Its been over 27 days and I still haven't received any update. Im worried if something in my application was missing causing a delay.
Although I remember submitting everything required; A passport size picture, Photocopy of my offer of admission, the two forms that were needed, and a photocopy of the passport.
So far my timeline just says

Opening of your file 2017-04-22
Confirmation of payment 2017-04-21
Acknowledgement of receipt of your application 2017-04-21

The thing I'm worried about the most is that even after 27 days there is no "Receipt of Documents" unlike most people who get that on their 20th day.

Hi Xiras, it's 20 working days (~ 30 days), don't worry, use this waiting time to prepare your documents for your visa application.

Hi everyone,

Today, I got "receipt of your documents" notification. However yesterday, I called them. They said, they have already received my documents and I should be get the result for next week.

My timeline is:
2017-04-18 Receipt of your documents
2017-04-11 Opening of your file
2017-04-10 Confirmation of payment


I hope that information will help the ones who are waiting.
If you still cannot see "receipt of documents" notification after 30 business days, you could call them.

I got my receipt of documents status on May 19th but still no updates ;//

Sorry Voicceeeeee, I don't think they have a toll free number. But you should certainly contact them.
My documents (courier) reached them on 4th April and I got a notification of receipt of documents on 9th May and got my CAQ decision letter on 12th May. So in comparison, they have already delayed your case a lot....so contact them urgently!
And remember, only after you get your decision letter, can you apply for the Study permit...which will take approximately 6 weeks additional.
I presume, you have a Fall term - its cutting it pretty close.
