A previous employer despite repeated requests to include duties won't oblige. Will CIC reject my application because of duties missing from a previous job?
Not necessary - you can get it from any previous colleague even on plain paper and get it signed and notarized along with the LOEYou need the letter from your employer/supervisor/HR department with the company letterhead.
If you haven't proved your job duties and responsibilies then this is ground for rejectionEven my one employer did not mentioned it. I just attached relieving letter and pay stubs.
Even if the employer refuses to write? If you haven't proved your job duties and responsibilies then this is ground for rejection
CIC would definitely require you to submit reference letter with list of job duties that correspond to your NOC. You can get a colleague to write it if your employer won't.Even if the employer refuses to write?
You must include job description letter with your application. Don't worry if your employer doesn't provide you with the same.A previous employer despite repeated requests to include duties won't oblige. Will CIC reject my application because of duties missing from a previous job?
Really?? Is this acceptable with them as it is a huge company and even my colleagues and managers can't just sign on a company letter head and the HR says it's only a AVP who can sign it or else they can issue me just a letter without mentioning the duties if the AVP is apparently too busy to verify my duties. Not necessary - you can get it from any previous colleague even on plain paper and get it signed and notarized along with the LOE
So did it get accepted by CIC? Because I have all of what you mentioned submitting.Even my one employer did not mentioned it. I just attached relieving letter and pay stubs.
If you are working for a large blue chip company then you can include the job spec and your last performance review that should suffice CIC requirements.Really?? Agree - no one can sign on the letterhead. Which is why they will give you a letter on plain paper in a personal capacity since they have worked with you or have been your supervisor. In any case as long as what you indicate on the letter is true, it will not be an issue. You will support this plain paper letter with proof of employment - joining letter, paystubs, etc. so it is perfectly fine.Really??
