Time from PPR to having the Visa in your passport

To everybody who has already received the PR or to all the experts!
After you received the golden PPR email, how long does it take until you actually can get into an airplane and fly to Canada?

I'm asking as a FSW outland.

I have a related question myself (even though it's too early), if you have a TRV (visitor), can you use that to land?

1. Depends on your visa office. Some take 2 business days, others 2 weeks, others 4 weeks. You can hop on a plane the same day you get your passport and visa back, unless you are from the Philippines, which doesn't sound like you are.

2. You can use your TRV to enter Canada, but you would still have to get your COPR signed (i.e. activate your PR status) by either flagpoling or scheduling an appointment at an IRCC office.

I myself used a TRV to enter Canada after PPR, had my passport stamped in Ottawa: it took 3 weeks. I flagpoled the following weekend.

Request a clarification in same topic. Am I able to apply for a TRV after my ITA & AOR but before a PPR?

Would it impact my PPR/PR if I were let's say to appear for an interview while travelling with my TRV after after my ITA & AOR but before a PPR?

I am trying to plan for the job hunt, but am a little concerned since usually TRVs are not meant for working but not sure about appearing for interviews.

I dont see why not because the PR process will take sometime and they wouldnt not allow u to come and visit. As long you are here for a visit and not to work. Here that's one of their biggest concern, people who come here to work without a proper Canadian work permit

Hey guys, it is somewhat related... so was wondering if someone could adivise. I received my PPR, but I have a trip (will need my passport) schedule in 20 days. Would anyone knows how long does it take to receive your passaports back after sending to Ottawa? I am in Canada already.
