My passport is arrived on 15th and visa has granted till passport expiry.
Could you please guide that I have to attend a conference in USA during Canada trip. Can it possible to visit us with Canadian b1 visa or I have to separately apply for USA. it may possible to apply US visitor visa from Canada or must come back to home country for apply it?

No, you need a US B1/B2 visa to enter the US. You cannot enter using your Canada TRV.
Yes, you must apply for a US B1/B2. Ideally, you should apply from India. It may be difficult to get an appointment for the US visa interview during the time you're visiting Canada

While I applied for TRV , my father was main applicant and mother was co applicant . I filled two separate application for each parent but the supporting document like proof of funds , property details In India , invitation letter ( with both parents details ) was ONLY one set and the lady at the VFS office attached all the documents to my fathers application while the application was being submitted at VFS Bangalore
So I wanted to know is this ok

I sent invitation letter for my parents to apply for visitor visa.
They applied on 10th July (paper file )
Tracking on vfs still shows it is processed in delhi.
36 days have passed no change.
I read cse to be made. May i know what is cse?
Anybody who knows that how much time they are taking these days?
