I believe there is a misconception concerning the courier options
that If you are using Canada post need to use PO box address and if courier than the Robert's one.

In real, this is wrong. If you are using regular mail (Canada Post) then you are suppose to send on the PO box address, but if you are using Canada Post Xpress mail or other courier services then you can send on the 2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300 address.

I did use Canad post Xpress mail and sent on the Robert's address. It was delivered the very next day, I was able to track it even.

It doesn't work like this, in real po box address you can send only through canada post while other address is real physical address of building thus anyone except personal drops can do it

I did NOT sign the "use of a representative form". Upon reviewing the whole package I found a few other area's that I felt needed changing. A few other things like - I did NOT put the city, province of my employer, and the country of my wife's birth (only put city and province) on the "additional family information form". I was lazy the first time around and did NOT have anyone check it with a fine tooth comb. This time around I got two people to check it. Hopefully it will be OK.

Its too early to check i guess . When sending your application there is an option to subscribe to their text message online and you need to print it and send it with the application and once the app arrived in the mailroom and open your app they will scan it and will notify that they already got the papers and once they start processing it you will receive the aor.
