Hi All,

Please dont get confused by the subject line , below is my concern and need some suggestions here.

I am working as a IT Lead in INDIA and have 5+ years of Experience in the same field. Now as per consultant my CRS Score is 370 which i have also verified on CIC website. I am Graduate ( Btech 2010 ) with no other professional certification. Below is my IELTS score
L - 6.5 , R - 7.5 , W - 6.5 , S - 7

Below are my concerns :

1. Should i give IELTS again as my overall score is 7.
2. As per my Knowledge we just need to file express entry and if we qualify for PNP pr PR we get the invite. So the question is do i have to file separately for PNP nomination ? or if i file for PR i will automatically get invite from the province i qualify for. The reason why i am asking is i want to get max points by getting invite from PNP ( doesnt matter any province ) and then i can use those points in filing the PR.

3. Now if i get invite from any PNP do i have to also stay in that province for 2 years ( or whatever is the time time period ) and then have to apply for PR for country ? As per my knowledge when we file for express entry, you can get invite from PNP and after accepting that invite you can use those points at the same time for PR. So in way you dont have to wait to file PR after accepting PNP. Also on CIC website under CRS score calculator it asks for "Do you have any invite from province or territory " and if we say YES it adds points in CRS Score. So kindly enlighten me if i am wrong

3. Please suggest which would be the easiest PNP nomination to get , is there any specific time in year that we can expect PNP gets open for different provinces. For Eg - for Ontario its January or something like that

Please have a deep look into my query and share real suggestions

1. Yes, you can improve your CRS score if you have a better IELTS result. If you can achieve CLB 9 (8 for listening and 7 for the others) your CRS will have a big jump and you will get ITA from Ontario (CRS >=400).
2. PNP will give you 600 points. You have apply for PNP for several provinces.
3. No, you need to present an explanation and be free to move to another province.
4. No one know about this, be prepared and check website every minute :)
