In order to clarify the queries and questions of all applicants who have sponsored their Pakistani Spouses living in Pakistan.
This is thread is to clarify the misconceptions about spousal sponsorships of Pakistani applicants.
Here are few important questions.

Top Questions

1) Which is my visa office Islamabad or London?
Ans: London is now Visa office for all family and Spousal sponsorships for Pakistan since August 2013.

2) I am a 2012 applicant my visa office was Islamabad, where is my file now.
Ans: Again, all old cases have been transferred to London Visa Office. So your file is now at London. So dont worry about file. send queries to LVO not Islamabad.

3) I did not received any communication after CPC Mississauga approval where is my file?
Ans: London Visa Office

Islamabad is only responsible for visit and student visa.

Update from my end guys.

My wife had an interview on the 11th May, they asked questions about our marriage our and a few question on the issue we had in our marriage.
then he took my wife's PP and Pictures as well.

has it happened to anyone before?

All copies must be notarised/certified.
I submitted copies of my educational documents as well.

Please check with your document checklist (what does the new package require?) I applied in Sep 2016 and submitted all copies (only police certificate and medical information sheet was original).

Actually according to imm 3907 attested copies were required but now no info related to attestation available on site .

U MUST follow the instructions in the guide or any checklist given to u in ur application package. I applied from KHI in sept 2016. Back then i sent my educational docs photocopies cause it was a part of the checklist.
I really cannot recall whether i submitted attested copies of my nikkah nama anymore. But if the checklist says 'certified copies' then yes get then attested and certified from notary public. If u are having ur urdu nikkah nama translated, then get it done from notary public in saddar near the courts. And get the translated copy attested by them too.
In short, i wud advise u to READ the instructions (word by word) very veru carefully in ur pack. Downloa

My husband ,(sponsor) has applied for citizenship but hasn't got his Canadian passport yet.... his Pakistani passport is also expired.... I have to submit appendix A form where i have to write his passport number along with issue and expire date... what should i write????
