Met with accident having rod and plate in leg

I am from India,
I met with accident on 6th July, 2016 which resulted in broken leg and i had to under go a surgery, which resulted in having a rod and plate in leg with total 8 screws.
Now i can walk properly with any problem but with a limb.
I am concerned regarding the Study Visa and clearing medical examination, will i be able to get visa and clear my medical examination?

Cause i think the vo see the medical test baaed on spreadable diseases like hiv,syphilis,tb.
So not an issue bro

They are only looking if you will be a big cost to the Canadian healthcare system, so having previous injury is not an issue.
