RCMP criminal Record check along with finger prints

Hi

Mine is family sponsorship category , I got an email today saying that I should get RCMP criminal record check along with fingerprints in RCMP Certificate from Canada.
They have given only 2weeks of time and currently I am staying in India , please help me how to get this done.There is no response for mails and emails from Delhi office.

Did you stay in Canada for over 6 months?

You have to contact one of these companies: http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/who-can-conduct-criminal-record-check#ac

They'll take your paper/ink prints and convert it into digital for the RCMP.

Go to a fingerprints agency o police station in India , take with you the RCMP finger print form , you can find it in the internet . get your fingerprints done .

then use an accredited agency in Canada to convert your ink prints to digital and submit it to to the RCMP electronically , you will need an address in Canada if you wish , or you can pay extra to the Fingerprints agency in Canada to courier the results to you .

if you have no criminal record or any immigration violations you can expect the results in 1 week time , if you have a record well 120 days and up

Thank you for the replies . Ya I stayed in Canada on visitor visa for 7months. Delhi Immigration office has given a dead line of March 10th.Which I can no where meet as I am in India.They have mentioned that If i am in indiathey would convoke to Delhi high commission office for finger prints ,I have been trying to contact them via emails,fax,mails there is no response at all.Customer care say they dont take up calls related to immigration.I am really worried that I cant send them the Rcmp certificate in their specified time.And not sure if they will ever arrange a meeting or extend the deadline
