Filling IMM0008 for spouse

Hello Everyone,

I have a simple question, I hope to get help from those who have filled IMM0008 for their spouse.

I claimed refugee in 2015, my claim was accepted. I applied for PR in 2016. Today I received an email from IRCC the email says that I meet the eligibility requirements, and the overseas office in Ankara is responsible for processing PR application for my wife and daughter.

Now I'm filling IMM0008 for my wife to send it to the embassy in Ankara, what should I chose for (Program under which you are applying)? and what should I choose for (category under which you are applying)?

I don't have any problem with other questions in the form.

Choose program family and then category spouse for wife.
Your wife should sign the application before submit.
