I am an OPNP Applicant with AOR - 16th Jan 2017. I received Ontario settlement plan request on 24th Apr and submitted the necessary documents on 28th Apr 2017.I didn't see any changes after and my Background check changes IP1 - N/A and no changes after. Did any of the OPNP applicant receive settlement plan request like me?

Got my GCMS notes today. Security not started, RCMP check ongoing. Says ready for finalization though :/ were generated 21st April and last input was 8th april

Security not started?? That's weird. It's usually security that causes delays. Did you submit an RCMP PCC upfront? Any idea why that's taking this long?

Does anyone know what's the difference between criminality check & security check? I just called CIC and they informed me that criminality is passed and security check is not started..
