SINP PR Family issue

Good evening,

I am asking on behalf of my friend.

He is working in Canada. Applied for provincial nominee PR and got AOR in Feb 2017. He is married and has a son.

Wife came to Canada but disliked it and went back. Both wife and son are included in application

Currently my friend is waiting for med request. Wife does not want to cooperate.

Could this effect the application? or What does my friend need to do?

It won't any effect unless there is a change in his status. Or he can fill out the Non Accompany Family Members Declaration Form. But they will need to do MR in the future.

Thank u for your reply. There is only one problem. Wife is being a b*tch. She says she does not care about canada or pr. She will not do MR.

I guess the only way is for your friend to convince her to let him fill out the non accompany family member form and tell her that she doesn't need to get PR but if she wants to come later in a few years or so then he can sponsor her after. But she does need to do MR.
